Every year Maile has a 30 day challenge at her studio. The past two years I made it 27 days, and 28 days respectively.
The first year the first day I missed was about day 20 or so, and last year I missed day 11.
I'm hoping this year I'll make all 30 days and I'm going to post each day in hopes of helping make it happen.
I took the noon class today. One of the things I love about the challenge is how it makes you make yoga a priority - and realize that I could actually do lunchtime yoga a bit more often just by planning my day a bit more.
To making yoga (and blogging!) a priority this year - here's to day 1.
